As we find ourselves in the heart of November, I am reminded of the transformative power of the journey towards the mountaintop. In our work at SBX, we often draw inspiration from the metaphor of the mountaintop, for it encapsulates the spirit of hope and perseverance that defines our mission.
Imagine standing at the base of a towering mountain, gazing up at its majestic peak. The path to the top may seem steep, and the ascent fraught with obstacles, but it is on this journey that we discover our true strength and determination. Today, I am thrilled to share with you a beacon of hope on our journey: the Moreno Valley Youth Village, SBX's Permanent Supportive Housing Project. Just like ascending a mountain, this project represents an awe-inspiring climb towards a brighter future for our community's most vulnerable youth.
